Working principle

MultiJet&Brush High Pressure Cleaner uses the same patented method of high pressure water, evacuation and air knife system as the MultiJet in combination with an effective rotating brush to offer the same excellent results in removing contaminants.
High pressure water, brush and effective air knife system working in combination enables to remove all impurities, coating colour residue and contaminants from the backing roll.

MultiJet&Brush cleans during ongoing production without leaving any moisture streaks or in any other way negatively affecting the paper quality. The MultiJet&Brush cleaning method is very gentle and effective on the rolls. No chemicals or other additional ingredients are necessary, only water, brush and air jets.

It cleans effectively with high pressure water in combination with brush, while ensuring that all removed contaminants are collected and discharged outside the paper machine.

Every installation of MultiJet and MultiJet&Brush are custom made for each application. This makes it possible to optimize water pressure, brush configuration and the final dryness of the cleaned surface, as well as other parameters, to successfully remove all contaminants.
