Working principle

MultiJet High Pressure Cleaner uses high pressure water in combination with an effective evacuation and air knife system. This patented method offers excellent results in removing contaminants. The water pressure is optimised to ensure optimum cleaning, and other factors – such as the final dryness of the cleaned surface – can be adjusted individually for each paper machine.

MultiJet cleans during ongoing production without leaving any moisture streaks or in any other way negatively affecting the paper quality. The MultiJet cleaning method is very gentle but effective on the object to be cleaned. No chemicals or other additional ingredients are necessary, only water. There is no contact with the surface other than from the air and water jets.

The system is always reliable. It cleans effectively both the surface and deep in the fabric (where applicable), while ensuring that all removed contaminants are collected and discharged outside the paper machine. For this we have developed separate vacuum and cyclone units for evacuating all contaminants.
